State Championship Committee - February 1 Update The OSAA State Championship Committee conducted its sixth meeting on Monday, February 1. The Committee received correspondence and testimony to modify the Cross Country, Golf, Wrestling, and Solo Music State Championships. The next meeting will be a closed work session on February 22 but written testimony will be taken and reviewed. The next public meeting will take place on March 15 at 9 a.m. at the OSAA Office in Wilsonville. Contact Cindy Simmons or Brad Garrett with correspondence and questions. Fall Qwest Scholarship Award Winners Announced Amelia Salazar from Bend High School and Dekker Smith of Baker High School were selected as the 2009 Fall Qwest Scholarship Award Winners. Each individual will receive a $1,000 scholarship to the college/university of their choice. » Press Release

OSAA Launches Website for Video Coverage The Oregon School Activities Association (OSAA), in partnership with When We Were Young Productions, has launched OSAA.tv. The website (http://osaa.tv/) will contain live game action, as well as archived events and highlight summaries at no cost to the viewer.
