CLSD is seeking a candidate that has had previous experience as a high school coach. The head coach is responsible for overseeing and directing the entire program. These duties include, but are not limited to effectively leading/hiring assistant coaches for the junior varsity teams. The head coach must be knowledgeable in all aspects of their sport and must possess the ability to effectively organize team events, plan practices, team schemes and team build, able to demonstrate success in teaching, coaching and relating to high school students is a must as is a proven ability in hiring, evaluating and managing a staff of coaches.
