Below are scores and recaps from today’s OSAA volleyball playoff matches. We will add more highlights as we receive them.

No. 1 Crane 3, No. 32 Crosspoint Christian 0 -- Kamryn Dunten had 11 kills and nines were wild for Kaitlyn Seigner -- nine kills, nine digs and nine aces -- in the Mustangs' workmanlike win.
No. 9 North Clackamas Christian 3, No. 24 Adrian 1 – Senior Lacey Nelson delivered 13 kills, including the clincher, to help the Saints rally from behind in the fourth set to prevail. Adrian played well in the loss behind Addy Martin, Peyton Kincade and Rylee Murrey.
No. 5 St. Paul 3, No. 28 Sherman 0 -- Audra Rose had 24 kills and Emery Williams and Gabby Gleaves combined for nine aces in the Buckaroos’ home win.
No. 13 Cove 3, No. 20 Rogue Valley Adventist Acad. 0 – The Leopards won the last two sets at deuce to make their first home playoff game since 2010 a successful one.
No. 3 Union 3, No. 30 Mohawk 0 --
No. 11 North Lake 3, No. 22 New Hope Christian 2 -- New Hope Christian, with five senior starters, rallied from a two-set deficit to force a fifth set, but North Lake turned things around in the fifth to survive and advance. Hannah Roth had 16 kills and Cynthia Tobiasson served six aces in the win.
No. 7 Powder Valley 3, No. 26 Jordan Valley 0 --
No. 15 Ione / Arlington 3, No. 18 Elkton 0 – Strong back row defense from Noelia Ramirez and Bella Bartee set the tone for the home sweep. Novalee Campbell had a huge match for the victorious Cardinals, with six kills, five blocks and two aces. Kaitlyn Hooper helped out the offense with four kills and added three aces. “This team has come so far this season and they are peaking at the right time!” exclaimed coach Dawn Eynetich.
No. 17 South Wasco County 3, No. 16 Triangle Lake 0 -- The Redsides won a close Game 1, then dominated the next two to sweep on the road. Coach Shelly Iverson called the performance a “total team effort,” one that will make the four-hour bus ride home go a lot faster.
No. 8 Central Christian 3, No. 25 Falls City / Kings Valley Christian 0 – Central Christian brought its complete game in the opening-round sweep. You can’t win without a strong first touch, so we will highlight the serve-receive of Stella Adams, Ceyda Schotborgh and Tatum Wills as keying the Tiger win.
No. 21 Elgin 3, No. 12 Glendale 1 --
No. 4 Imbler 3, No. 29 Willamette Valley Christian 0 – Imbler only yielded 17 total points in the dominating home win. Whitney and Olivia Haddock teamed for 33 assists and Mikinah Browne served 16 straight points in Game 2 and added nine digs. There was a big crowd out to watch the Panthers, which made the win oven more special, said head coach Jennifer Teeter.

No. 6 North Douglas 3, No. 27 Mannahouse Acad., Portland 1 --
No. 10 Prairie City / Burnt River 3, No. 23 Southwest Christian 0

No. 17 Sisters 3, No. 16 Horizon Christian, Tualatin 0 -- Strong serving from Jordyn Monaghan and Kathryn Scholl helped break open the first sets, which were close; then more strong serving from Ali Fogarty and Holly Davis got the Outlaws off quickly in the third as the defending champs completed the road sweep. Scholl finished with 10 kills, 11 digs and three aces to lead the way. Davis added 25 assists, six digs and three aces.
No. 19 Vale 3, No. 14 Creswell 2 – Vale rallied from a 2-1 set deficit to win on the road. The Vikings played great back row defense and got outstanding work up from MB Bailey King. After eking out a Game 4 win, Vale led start to finish in Game 5, winning 15-10.
No. 13 Amity 3, No. 20 Rainier 0 --
No. 18 St. Mary’s, Medford 3, No. 15 Douglas 2 -- This was a battle! Three games were decided by two points, including the last. St. Mary’s won two of them, including Game 5, 15-13, and that was the difference. Three players on the winning team set season highs: Ada Bernard had 32 kills, Sydney Holdermann had 24 digs and Ella Yeamans had 40 assists. For Douglas, Ataleia Spicer and Maddie Walker reached double figures in kills and digs for the victors. Serena Mandera and Cadence Knebel teamed for 40 assists.

No. 1 Jesuit 3, No. 32 Gresham 0 -- Kiana Johnson and Addy Azavedo teamed for 20 digs in the Crusaders' playoff-opening win.
No. 9 Sheldon 3, No. 24 Sherwood 1 -- After splitting the first two sets, the Irish pulled away at home behind 16 kills from senior Janie Eschrich and 31 assists from senior Bailee Line.
No. 5 West Linn 3, No. 28 McDaniel 0 --
No. 13 North Medford 3, No. 20 Mountainside 1 --
No. 3 Sprague 3, No. 30 Clackamas 0 – Brooke Friesen was efficient and productive in Sprague’s win. She finished with 10 kills on 17 swings, with 10 digs, three blocks and an ace. Amari Young helped out with 12 kills and Charlotte Ponier had 16 digs.
No. 11 Barlow 3, No. 22 Beaverton 0 -- Addi Knight had a big game for the Bruins (12 kills, four aces, three blocks) and Alexa Bell delivered some heavy swings late in the sweep.
No. 7 Westview 3, No. 26 Ida B. Wells 0 --
No. 15 Forest Grove 3, No. 18 Lakeridge 0 – Junior setter Sofie Fox had one of her best matches of the year to lead the Vikings to victory. She had 27 assists, 13 digs and three aces. Good serving all around (only one error) was key to the win.
No. 17 South Eugene 3, No. 16 Sandy 1 – Young South Eugene rallied from a large first-set deficit to win, split the next two sets, 25-22, 23-25, then ran away with the four behind game-changing service runs from Sofia Collins and Chiara Gianfordi.
No. 8 Grant 3, No. 25 Roseburg 0 – Senior setter Maggie McCarthy authored a double-double, with 15 assists and 17 digs, and An Roesinger had eight kills and three blocks in the Generals’ win.
No. 12 South Medford 3, No. 21 McMinnville 0 – Mayenabasi Akan had 22 kills, Julia Slaughter dished out 29 assists with seven digs and Julia Mitchell contributed six kills and five aces in the home win. “My players showed up to play together for our last home game of the season,” said Panther head coach Robin Akpan. “It took a little bit to get going but once we did they had some great setter-hitter connections and many second-chance opportunities from our back row.”
No. 4 Nelson 3, No. 29 Lake Oswego 1 -- Senior DS Rhyan Tanferani’s spot-on passing helped the Hawks overcome a spirited challenge from LO.
No. 14 West Salem 3, No. 19 St. Mary’s Academy 0 -- Defense was the name of the game in the Titans' sweep of the Blues. The team passed a 2.20 in serve-receive, led by libero Jaynie Jesperson (2.40 plus 26 digs). That allowed Ashleyn Stanley to dish out 40 assists to the likes of Clara Lathen, Addie Dixon and Braeli Martin, who combined for 32 kills.
No. 6 South Salem 3, No. 27 Sunset 2 -- Traditional power Sunset gave favored South Salem all it could handle before falling in the final match of Coach Lad Salness' 26-year career. Briella Mathis had 23 kills and six aces and served seven straight points early in the fifth to give the Saxons the breathing room they would need. Kamree Orizotti finished with 58 assists, Avery Axmaker had 21 digs and Nadiah Luna had 21 kills for the victors.
No. 10 Central Catholic 3, No. 23 Tigard 1 – Reese Kincaid and Grady Heinle helped Central Catholic outlast Tigard in a match that was a breath from going to five sets.
No. 2 Oregon City 3, No. 31 Lincoln 0 – The Pioneers took the first step towards returning to the championship with a convincing win. Thirteen aces, led by five from Joy Shamrell, contributed to the team win. Oregon City played well in all phases and got 24 kills combined from Grace Landon, Jordyn Marquett and Lucy Leasure in the win. Paige Thies led the way with 17 kills.
