Statewide Wrestling Coaches Polls

OSAAtoday presents its twice-monthly statewide Wrestling Coaches Polls in all classifications. Thanks to all the coaches who took the time and had the expertise to contribute their opinions to this endeavor.

Please email [email protected] if you are a varsity wrestling head coach who did not vote this time but would like to going forward.

Look for the polls every other other Wednesday during the winter season.

The Tigers got titles from Christopher Strange (126), Oliver Myers (182) and Hunter James (195). ... Roseburg (213) finished second to 5A Crook County (266) in the 35-team North Bend Coast Classic. Darian Thacker won at 160 for the Indians.

Winning titles for the Cowboys were Hunter Mode (126), Zachary Mauras (132), Kyle Knudtson (182) and Jaxson Rhoden (195). Crescent Valley, which took third place with 205 points, got titles from Gabe Wisenhunt (106), Chance Lamer (113), Legend Lamer (145) and James Rowley (152).

Host La Grande won the 18-team Muilenberg Tournament, scoring 376.5 points to beat Pendleton (224) and Burns (212). La Grande's champions were Ezra McIntosh (120), Parker Robinson (160), Grayson Livingston (17) and Nathan Reed (182).
