Boys

No. 8 seed Grant ousted top-seeded and reigning state champion Lakeridge 3-1. Ewan Massimino gave the Generals a 1-0 lead in the second minute and Henry Wines struck late in the first half to make it 2-0. Massimino's goal midway through the second half extended the lead to 3-0. The Pacers' lone goal came in the 72nd minute. … Jesuit topped Lincoln 2-0 on the strength of goals by Vala Saghafi (53rd minute) and Grant Sasaki (78th minute). … McMinnville turned back Franklin 2-1. Edwin Cuevas-George gave the Grizzlies a 1-0 lead, but Franklin tied it 1-1 on a first-half penalty kick. Antonio Virrueta's goal in the 43rd minute proved to be the difference. … No. 7 McNary upset No. 2 Beaverton 1-0 on a goal by Jay R Flores in the 60th minute, his 32nd of the season. Israel Orta's long throw-in was headed by Luis Camacho and Alessandro Perez before reaching Flores, whose header finished it off.

After falling behind 2-0 in the first 10 minutes, Wilsonville came back to defeat Crescent Valley 3-2 in a penalty kick shootout. Alex Aguiar scored in the 39th minute and Derek Garcia scored midway through the second half to tie 2-2, and after two scoreless overtime periods, the Wildcats won the shootout 8-7. … La Salle Prep advanced to the semifinals for the eight consecutive postseason by dropping Hood River Valley 3-2 in a penalty kick shootout. La Salle Prep took leads on goals by Vance Sheffield (25th minute) and Conor Garvey (59th minute), but Hood River Valley equalized both times with Julian Lara (54th minute) and Andro Mendez (69th minute). The Falcons outscored the Eagles 4-2 on penalty kicks. … Woodburn defeated West Albany in a penalty kick shootout for a 1-0 win. Woodburn had a 4-2 edge in the shootout on successful shots by Israel Perez, Jorge Mandujano, Eduardo Topete and Gerardo Camacho. Goalkeeper Hayden Estrada stopped one Woodburn shot and another went off the crossbar in the shootout. … Reigning state champion Summit took out Centennial 3-1, owning a 17-5 edge in shots. The Storm got a goal from Gabe Lachman in the 10th minute (assisted by Quinton Swanson) and two second-half goals by Ethan Wheeler (assisted by Avery McRobie and August Lehman).

Eli Oelkers scored off an assist from Andres Rosales in the 78th minute to give Crook County a 3-2 win over Cottage Grove. Jaycob Miller provided the Cowboys' other two goals, from Noah Oelkers in the 33rd minute and Adrian Rosales in the 60th minute. … Jordan Delgado's goal was enough for North Marion in its 1-0 win over Madras. … Addison Samuell scored his state-leading 40th goal of the season in top-seeded Stayton's 2-0 win over Klamath Union. Samuell and Fernando Joaquin both scored in the second half. … Henley struck twice in the first half – goals by Brian Leon and Luke Balzotti – and held on for a 2-1 win over The Dalles. The Riverhawks scored in the 76th minute.

Westside Christian edged McLoughlin 1-0 in overtime to avenge a loss to the Pioneers in last year's state final. Maddox Ayala's goal in overtime was enough for Westside Christian, which also defeated McLoughlin in a nonleague game Sept. 20. … Cristian Gonzalez scored with 2:33 left in the second overtime to give No. 12 Blanchet Catholic a 1-0 win over No. 4 Dayton. … Ryder Sendecke found the net with four minutes left in the second overtime to lift Oregon Episcopal over St. Mary's 1-0. … Catlin Gabel spotted Valley Catholic two goals in the first 20 minutes before roaring back with three second-half goals to win 3-2. Giancarlo Rendon Benitez scored twice to tie 2-2 and Papa Diallo provided the go-ahead goal, assisted by Liam Travers.

Marian Dunne and Sophie Stiles scored in the first half and Hanna Slama and Aaliyah Johnson added second-half goals. … Grant, last year's state champion, handled Portland Interscholastic League rival Lincoln 3-1. Nailani Soloman scored in the first and 19th minutes, assisted by Marley Hunter and Paige Nakada, respectively. Nakada made it 3-0 in the 63rd minute. No. 9 Putnam stunned top-seeded Canby 2-1 in overtime. Ailynn Padilla converted an assist from Lily Huynh in the second overtime period. Putnam took a 1-0 lead in the 65th minute on a goal by Keira Ensley (assisted by Ruby Senfner), but Canby's Audrey Hettwer answered to force overtime. … Three-time reigning state champion Wilsonville won at Summit 2-0. The Wildcats' goals came from Camryn Schaan in the 30th minute (assisted by Justine Sheets) and Lyla Johnson in the 67th minute (assisted by Schaan). … Bend survived a penalty-kick shootout to defeat second-seeded North Eugene 2-1. Both The Dalles goals were scored by Ariana Gonzalez. … Anya Gula converted an assist from Emily Greiner in the 39th minute and freshman goalkeeper Claire Steel recorded the shutout for Scappoose, which eliminated Henley 1-0. … La Grande knocked out Astoria 2-0 as Peyton Daggett scored an unassisted goal in the first half and Paige Allen scored off an assist from Rowan Evans in the second half. … Marist Catholic dispatched Philomath 2-1. The Spartans led 2-0 at half as Tori Sherman converted a pass from Ella Shepherd and Libby McLaughlin struck from 25 yards out. The Warriors cut the deficit to 2-1 in the 72nd minute.
