With the football season getting closer and closer to the end of the regular season, we are taking a look at where teams are stacking up when it comes to the postseason.
Using the OSAA playoff qualifications, we looked through every automatic bid from each league and who’s currently in line for an at-large bid in each classification. Then, using the OSAA rankings, we placed them on the bracket and made any needed adjustments for league champions and avoided league matchups in the first round.
For league standings, we went off league winning percentage first. If there were any ties, we first looked at any head-to-head results, and if there were none or they resulted in a tie still, we defaulted to who was better in the OSAA rankings.
