Schedules & Compensation: This is a seasonal and stipend position with practices typically Monday-Friday after school 4 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. Games are typically during the week with possible weekend tournaments. This position reports directly to the Director of Athletics. The stipend range for this position is based on previous coaching experience

Boys Soccer Head Coach

Role Summary:

FBCS is looking for qualified applicants with high school or club soccer coaching and playing experience for the Varsity Head Coach position. Highly motivated candidates possessing strong leadership and communication skills are encouraged to apply. The Head Coach will have responsibility for all aspects of the program, including mentorship and oversight of the assistant and JV coaches, and be the face of FBCS Soccer, providing leadership in the ongoing development, growth, and improvement of the program from grades 9-12. The Head Coach will execute effective teaching and coaching techniques to help the athletes optimize their athletic skill, acumen and attitude, and be expected to build upon the success of the program. The Head Coach will be expected to uphold and promote the mission and philosophy of the Faith Bible Christian School and the Athletics Department.

• Serve as the inspirational leader of their program and as a positive role model for all student-athletes across campus.
• Support social-emotional health and well-being along with skill, leadership, and character development for all student-athletes in program grades 9-12.
