Westside Christian lost three straight games after starting 19-0, but has won consecutive games to regain momentum. WC went 12-for-26 from 3-point range. Jona Lee scored 17 points, Roahn Reid had 13 and Kyler Crites 11. Levi Dahlenburg led Douglas with 11. ... Second-seeded Pleasant Hill will take a 17-game winning streak to Coos Bay after ending Scio’s feel-good season with a 70-35 decision. First-year Billies coach Luke Jackson, a former University of Oregon star, will face off against his alma mater, Creswell, in the state quarterfinals. The No. 15 Loggers, who defeated Warrenton in the first round, had not reached the state playoffs since 1981. ...

No. 3 Valley Catholic escaped with a 44-43 victory over 14th-seeded Sisters. The visiting Outlaws had two shots to win the game in the last five seconds but couldn’t get either to drop and the Valiants survived to advance to Coos Bay. ... De La Salle North Catholic became the lowest seed to advance to Coos Bay, as the 13th-seeded Knights let a 10-point halftime lead slip but scored the final six points to beat No. 4 Taft 45-42. The Knights, who are 14-13 this season, reached the state title game five times between 2016 and 2022, and will look to make a surprise run in Coos Bay. Jacory Jackson led with 12 points, Jaylen Hill had 10 points and 14 rebounds.... Oregon Episcopal downed visiting Burns 56-45, sending the fifth-seeded Aardvarks to the state tournament. Kais Elabdeia put up 18 points for OES. Burns was led by 15 points from Jack Wright. ...

Three-time defending state champion Cascade Christian is heading back to Coos Bay for the sixth straight year thanks to a 61-50 win over Dayton. The sixth-seeded Challengers led by only one point at halftime but put it together in the second half to extend their winning streak to 15 games. Bryley Richardson scored 17 points, while Caden Goldade posted 12 points and seven rebounds and Jaren Fronckowiak had 10 points and seven assists. No. 11 Dayton was led by Clyde Rosenberg’s 20 points. Austin Bodenhamer added 17. ... Creswell outscored No. 7 Riverside 15-5 in the fourth quarter to with 66-59, completing a comeback from a seven-point halftime deficit on the road. Tyler Whitson dominated the game for the 10th-seeded Bulldogs with 24 points, 19 rebounds, seven assists and three steals. Mason Schartz had 15 points as Creswell shot 54% from the field. ... No. 8 Banks finished on a 9-2 run to edge past ninth-seeded Umatilla 52-50. Max Walker, who averages nine points per games, dropped 26 and hit the game-winning bucket in the final seconds on a pass from Brayden Exline. Fisher King added 11 points and Noel Mayo had nine.

Reigning champion and No. 1 seed Western Christian pulled away early from No. 16 Faith Bible/Life Christian, building a 50-12 lead at halftime and cruising to an 81-44 win. The Pioneers, who have won 19 straight games, are seeking their seventh consecutive appearance in the 2A championship game in Pendleton. ... Nine different players scored at least five points as No. 2 Portland Christian used a balanced attack to take out No. 15 Reedsport 81-31. “Proud of this group and how they handled the preparation this week,” Royals coach Erik Lyslo said. “We were locked in and focused and just super efficient on both ends of the floor.” Nehemiah Vice led a crowded pack of Royals scorers with 13 points, while Joseph Diesel and Joseph Harris-Skidmore contributed 12 each. The Royals led 46-17 at halftime. Landen Serrano scored eight points to lead the Brave. ...

High-octane Regis hit the 90-point mark for the fifth time in the last eight games, this time in a 93-80 win for the fifth-seeded Rams over No. 12 Grant Union. Regis led 16-1 early, but the visiting Prospectors didn’t flinch and rallied within one point at halftime and had a lead deep into the third quarter. But an extended 23-4 run put the Rams back in control. Isaiah Koehnke (21 points), Lucas Koehnke (19) and Fletcher Gould (19) were the key scorers for Regis. ... Stanfield got an early challenge from Knappa, but a opened a double-digit lead at halftime and never looked back in a 79-54 victory. Michal Odell drained seven 3-pointers and scored 27 points to pace the Tiger offense. Landon Bailey pitched in with 17. Stanfield has no players on its roster over 6-foot-1. “We were able to use or speed and shooting to get the job done,” Tigers coach Rylie Smith said. “We’ve had to battle bigger teams all season but our boys play with fearlessness and compete.” Oliver Stevens scored 21 points for No. 11 Knappa. ...

The 10 seed, Salem Academy, traveled to No. 7 Enterprise and came away with a hard-fought 62-56 win in what Crusaders coach Jeff Dunn called “an awesome playoff atmosphere.” Dunn said “it was packed, it was loud, and coming away with a win was a fun experience.” Freshman Noah Burns scored 18 to lead Salem Academy, and Boone Dunn compiled 16 points and eight rebounds. Salem Academy led by 12 at halftime. The host Outlaws closed within two in the fourth quarter, but the Crusaders sealed the game at the line. Kason Mitchell led Enterprise with 15 points. ... No. 8 East Linn Christian built a big halftime lead, then fended off Bonanza’s second-half rally attempts to capture a 79-62 victory. The Eagles led 47-28 at halftime but Bonanza closed within six points twice in the second half. Blake Knurowski did it all for East Linn Christian, racking up 20 points, eight rebounds, five assists and three steals. Gavin Wilson also scored 20, including 13 in the fourth quarter. Tristan McGann scored 22 of his 27 points in the second half for the Antlers. ... Fourth-seeded Trinity Lutheran won its 11th consecutive game, all by double digits, by defeating No. 13 Crosshill Christian 59-36. The Saints were 7-8 after a loss on Jan. 20 but have not lost since. ... No. 3 Oakland got an early challenge from Santiam, but built on an eight-point halftime lead in the second half and eventually claimed a 20-point victory, 51-31. Joseph Fusco scored 26 points, Jaxson Clark had 11 points, 10 rebounds and three blocks.

Top-seeded Mannahouse Academy is heading to Baker City for the state tournament in its first 1A season after previously competing at the 2A level. The Lions downed No. 17 North Clackamas Christian 62-31. Caleb Dickinson scored all 20 of his points in the first half for the victorious Lions, with Joshua Louka adding 18 points and 11 rebounds and Mattias Tonning scoring 13 points. Nolan Schweiss had an outstanding all-around game with five points, five rebounds, eight assists and eight steals. ... Three-time defending 1A champion Crane, which already holds a win over Mannahouse Academy, improved to 27-0 by taking down Eddyville Charter 68-37. Cody Siegner led the way for the second-seeded Mustangs with 31 points and Josh Zander had 20. Parker Crowe scored 13 points for Eddyville Charter. ...

Weptas Brockie scored all 19 of his points in the first half as No. 3 Nixyaawii took care of 14th seed Southwest Christian 70-38. Symon Picard added 15 for the defending 1A runner-up Golden Eagles, who reached the 70-point mark for the 18th time this season. Jaylynn Wachsmuth scored 13 points to lead Southwest Christian. ... No. 5 North Douglas scored 28 points in the first quarter on the way to a 75-56 win over 12th-seeded Rogue Valley Adventist. Hunter Vaughn scored 28 points for the Warriors, while Jayden Montgomery contributed 18 points and Levi McHaffie had 16. North Douglas will take a 19-game winning streak to Baker City. ... Country Christian outscored Cove 22-14 in the fourth quarter to break open a tight game and earn a 55-47 win. No. 11 Cove led the sixth-seeded Cougars 24-23 at halftime and the game was tied 33-33 through three quarters. Country Christian went 9-for-12 from the free-throw line in the fourth quarter. Tyson Smith led the way with 20 points for the Cougars, with 11 coming in the final frame. Blake Halverson added 12 points. ...

No. 10 Days Creek continued its hot play, running past host Crosspoint Christian 73-63 to give the Wolves their 13th win in their last 14 games. Keegan Stufflebeam made two of the Wolves’ five first-quarter 3-pointers as they jumped out to a 23-14 lead through one quarter and kept the lead from there. All five starters scored in double figures with Stufflebeam posting 23 points and 11 rebounds and Xane Hopkins chipping in with 16. Trenton Ladd had a double-double with 12 points and 10 boards. Caden Moritz had 25 points and Davis Hartwell scored 18 as the Warriors tried to make a run in the fourth quarter but couldn’t get over the hump. ... Fourth-seeded Sherman defeated upset-minded Adrian 56-51. The Huskies started the season 3-4 but have gone 20-1 since with the lone loss coming by one point. ... No. 8 Dufur eked out a 54-50 win over No. 8 Union in a game that matched teams with identical records. The Rangers have won nine of their last 10. Jacob Kent led Dufur with 18 points, including four 3-pointers. Jacob Brown added 13. KJ Klebaum had 21 for Union.
