Trailing 2-0 with the bases empty in the bottom of the sixth inning, Roseburg erupted for six runs on six hits to defeat Forest Grove 6-2. Ella Martinez-Bryson hit an RBI double to make it 2-1, and Ciera Singleton followed with a fly ball to left field that went off Forest Grove's Addi Faulkner, allowing the tying run to score. The Indians took a 3-2 lead on an RBI double by Cadence Ellenwood, and two batters later, Joelle Maddox hit a two-run double to make it 5-2. Angela Haber capped the rally with an RBI double. Forest Grove pitcher Kherington Wright was working on a two-hit shutout before seven consecutive batters reached base. Roseburg's Cambria Bachmeier earned the complete-game victory, allowing seven hits. Forest Grove got a two-run double by Cali Davis in the first inning. …

No. 1 seed Sunset dispatched Barlow 10-0 in five innings as Sydney Arnold and Adrianna Moreno combined to no-hit the Bruins, striking out 12. Keana Cooper led off the bottom of the first with a home run and Claire Townsend followed with a two-run shot to make it 4-0. Mia Kodachi hit a three-run double in the second inning. Arnold went 3 for 3. … Second-seeded Jesuit routed Metro League rival Aloha 11-0 in five innings. Olivia Hildreth went 3 for 3 with a home run and four RBIs, Riley Smith went 3 for 4 with a double and two RBIs and Liz Jacobs drove in two runs. Aubrey Rhodes tossed a one-hitter with two strikeouts and no walks. …

Sherwood outlasted Tigard 1-0 in 10 innings, scoring the winning run with one out in the bottom of the 10th when Jordyn Henderson stole home in a rundown. Sherwood's Destiny Cornwell and Presley Sarono-Ramos combined for a no-hitter to win a pitching duel with Tigard's Avery Rust. Cornwell tossed the first three innings, striking out two, and Sarono-Ramos pitched the last seven innings, fanning 15 and walking two. Rust held Sherwood to three hits – all by Cornwell – and struck out 16. …

McMinnville built a four-run lead in the fourth inning and held on for a 6-5 win over Tualatin, which made it interesting by scoring twice in the top of the seventh. Vivian Moore went 3 for 4 with two RBIs and Taylor Terry and Alex Bates each drove in runs for the Grizzlies, who turned four double plays. Tualatin's Sadie Guyette went 4 for 4 with a double and two RBIs. Paley Sullivan added a double and two RBIs for the Timberwolves. … Emily Sakys hit an RBI single in the bottom of the eighth to give West Linn a 7-6 win over McNary, completing a comeback from down five runs. McKayla Castro went 3 for 4 with a home run and two RBIs and Vivienne McGraw went 4 for 4 for the Lions, who had 14 hits. McNary got a three-run homer from Karah Miller in the top of the first inning, and West Linn battled back to tie 6-6 with five runs in the fifth inning, including a two-run homer by Castro. Avery Wolf also homered for the Lions. …

North Medford's Julia Edwards won a pitching duel with Oregon City's Ellie Joseph as the host Black Tornado prevailed 2-1. North Medford scored both of its runs in the fifth inning on RBI singles by Maili Hamlin and Maleyah Thoele. Oregon City scored in the sixth when Allie Oliver tripled and scored on a groundout. Edwards finished with five strikeouts and Joseph had four. … Braeli Martin pitched a shutout with 12 strikeouts to lead West Salem past Southridge 6-0. The Titans got home runs from Courtney Gillis, Lucy Duval and Aubrey Peil.

3A

Scio senior Myleigh Cooper became the state's all-time home run leader, hitting three blasts in a 15-2, five-inning win over Elmira/Mapleton. Cooper now has 75 career home runs after entering the game tied at 72 with Marist Catholic's Ariel Carlson (2016-19). The Cal Poly-bound Cooper extended her single-season home run record to 26 for the top-seeded Loggers. Cooper went 4 for 4 with eight RBIs, giving her 70 RBIs for the season, within four of the state record (74, Abby Doerr, Marist Catholic, 2019). Cooper also pitched 4 1/3 innings, giving up one hit, fanning 10 and walking one. Meaghan Trissel hit a two-run homer and a sacrifice fly for Scio. …

Dayton routed Brookings-Harbor 12-2 in six innings. Gabby Chupp went 3 for 3 with a triple and two RBI doubles. She also pitched a scoreless inning in relief of Rachel Baumholtz, who tossed the first five innings, giving up four hits and fanning eight. Dayton had 16 hits. … Peyton Geiger went 2 for 4 with a double and four RBIs and Brionna Miller went 3 for 4 to lead Glide, which dropped Willamina 10-4. Ella Weber navigated 12 walks to post the complete-game victory. … South Umpqua downed North Valley 15-5 in five innings as Danika Richardson went 3 for 4 with a triple, home run and five RBIs. Reaghan Gilbert also homered for the Lancers, who lost their two previous meetings to North Valley. … Ally Hook went 4 for 4 with three RBIs and Cadence Knebel went 3 for 3 with a home run for Douglas, which knocked out Lakeview 8-5. The Trojans scored three runs in the fifth to pull ahead 7-4. …

Yamhill-Carlton blanked Harrisburg 10-0 in six innings behind Taylor Bradfield, who threw a two-hitter with 10 strikeouts and two walks. Lilly Ingram hit a three-run homer in the second inning. Kaitlyn Knapp hit three doubles, including a walk-off RBI. Peyton Gregor had two doubles. … Banks eliminated McLoughlin 11-1 in five innings. Brooklyn Robinson earned the win, giving up six hits, striking out six and walking none. The Braves had 11 hits, led by Sydney Phillips (3 for 3). Robinson and Carys Holscher had RBI singles. The Pioneers committed seven errors. … Vale defeated rival Burns/Crane for the third time in three meetings this season, routing the Hilanders 10-0 in five innings. Clatskanie scored nine runs in the fourth inning to throttle Powers 11-0 in five innings. Olivia George drove in four runs, including a three-run double in the fourth inning. The Tigers drew eight walks. Joey Sizemore pitched a one-hitter with five strikeouts and one walk. … Top-seeded Heppner/Ione rapped 19 hits to overwhelm Elgin/Imbler 21-5. Keeley Nairns had three hits and drove in five runs, including a three-run double in a seven-run third inning that opened a 12-5 lead. The Mustangs added nine runs on 10 its in the fourth inning. Isabel Payne, Maya Payne and Ava Gerry had RBI doubles. …

Regis fell behind Oakland 4-0 in the third inning before coming back to win 10-5. The Rams scored seven runs in the fourth inning to take an 8-4 lead. Addie Bishop had two doubles, a triple and an RBI. Hadley Foster and Azzilin Smith each drove in two runs. Bishop pitched a complete game, yielding eight hits and striking out five. … Grant Union took an 8-4 lead and held off host Toledo 8-4. Reece Jacobs went 3 for 4 with two doubles and four RBIs and Addy Northway did not allow an earned run in seven innings, giving up five hits and striking out seven. …

Avery Turner went 3 for 4 with a double and a home run and McKenzie Dalton tossed a shutout to lift Lost River over Illinois Valley 6-0. … Bre Ward pitched a no-hitter with 17 strikeouts and five walks to propel Weston-McEwen past Perrydale 8-0. Lily Langford homered for the TigerScots. … North Douglas marched past Knappa 9-2 behind Brooklyn Cyr, who went 3 for 4 with a triple and struck out 11 in seven innings.
