South Medford defeated Del Norte (Calif.) 79-76 in overtime Saturday to extend its winning streak to six. La Salle Prep dominated Parkrose 85-23 and Putnam 72-31, getting a combined 47 points from sophomore guard Addison Wedin. ... Springfield won at Crater 52-40 as Kayley Elliott scored 16 points.
